There are a few ways to do a past life regression; cds, hypnosis, meditation, etc. I have done several successful sessions and found out some very interesting this about my past lives.
One life, in the early 1900’s I lived in Portland Maine near the lighthouse and the sea took the love of my life. I apparently walked off the ledge of the rocks because I couldn’t take the pain.
Another life in 1607 I came over from England and lived in Jamestown.
Another time, I was killed in Salem Massachusetts in 1692 during the Salem Witch Trials.
I am still discovering my past and it is so fascinating. During my sessions I not only saw and heard things but could smell and feel and taste my surroundings. I have way more details about my past lives and will share them in more details in the future.
