The Black K2 EMF Meter

10/31/2013

Picture
Jamie Roush Pearce of Historic Haunts Investigations has used the K2 EMF Meter since it first came out. Many people say it is too sensitive but I disagree. If you are conducting an investigation, all cell phones should be off so that won’t be an issue and all teams should do a base reading to find any emf hotspots. When you have done both of the above, then there should be no problems.

With that being said, has everyone seen the black version of this great meter? Some people have said they don’t want to use the black one because it will get lost in the dark. Well, actually, it doesn’t! The decal just under the lights that show you the emf readings has a slight glow to it, so if the meter is off, you can still see it. I think this new model actually shows up better than the original one and looks better when used with the full spectrum and infrared cameras.

If you haven’t already added this amazing piece of equipment produced my KII Enterprises, then it should be on top of your “to get” list. It is great for the rookie investigator or the long time dedicated one, like Jamie Roush Pearce.

They are also fantastic to use during Q&A sessions. You can use one meter for yes and one for no. We at Historic Haunts Investigations do this all time during EVP and Q&A sessions.

I want to thank Keith with KII Enterprises for producing this great meter and Ghost Hunters Equipment for keeping it on the market.

Had a great time at the Ponte Vedra Library last night during the Book Talk Cafe.
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to discuss the books, Historic Haunts Florida and Historic Haunts of the South, and everything else ghostly.
A percentage of the book sales went to the Friends of the Library, which is an awesome cause.
