Another great event with Chad Morin and Ghost Hunt Weekends. They almost host an amazing paranormal event and Jamie Pearce loves being part of it.
"I just hate missing the investigation part of it. I am 6 1/2 months pregnant and don't want to take any chances. It has taken my husband long enough to get pregnant and I don't want to risk it." I am sure everyone had a great investigations. We have investigated the Old Clay County Courthouse and Jail numerous times and it has never let us down."

Yoga and Meditation Help You Stay Grounded

Author and paranormal investigator Jamie Pearce works hard to stay grounded for her investigations. She has been involved in the paranormal for over 20 years and started Historic Haunts Investigations 12 years ago and knows how important it is to stay level.

Pearce recommends meditation before all investigations to help keep one’s self grounded and in tuned with themselves and surrounded by positive energy. Another recommendation is yoga. It not only helps keep Pearce grounded but in shape as well.
