First you need to do your research about the many different types of crystals and what they are used for. Find the crystal that best suites you and your needs.
Once you choose your crystal, either set it in front of you or hold it in your hand. Take a few deep breaths once you are comfortable then start your meditation process. I start mine by focusing on my toes and relaxing them and work my way up my body focus on each section relaxing and releasing.
This is also a great way to ground yourself on a regular basis.
