Jamie Pearce's 2nd UFO Sighting

My second UFO occurrence is when I lived in the mountains of North Carolina. We lived in an area known as “Haunted Hollow”. My mom had gone to her bedroom and when the lights were all off my mom called for me to hurry to her room. I just wanted to go to sleep and hollered out, “What?” She shouts, “Hurry!!” So I get up and go to my mom’s room and find her sitting on the end of her bed staring out the window. I went to her bed and sat down next to her and asked what was wrong and she wouldn’t take her eyes away from looking out the window.
There on the mountains across the ridge maybe a mile or so away was a strange band of five lights hovering over the tops of the trees. Red and yellow lights darting back and forth across something we could not see because the brightness of the lights was so bright we could not see it.
We sat there for a while watching this thing just hover for at least five minutes when all of a sudden it darted straight up to the sky faster than anything from this earth could have flown. We just sat there looking at each other than looking out the window trying to figure out what we had seen.
A few months later, we heard something from something who lived just down the road from us talking about the mysterious lights in the night sky. Apparently it has been going on for years and seen by others, just most are too scared to talk about it.
