Jamie Pearce and part of her Historic Haunts Investigations team were allowed to conduct a paranormal investigation at the House of Sea and Sun in St. Augustine Beach Florida last week.
The investigation and research done was for Pearce's upcoming book, Historic Haunts Florida 2. The team set up their equipment and captured some strange EMF spikes around an antique mirror in the breakfast room, smelts some strange phantom smells, and picked up slight temperature fluctuations on the staircase.
