Robert the Doll is one of them and he resides in a museum in Key West and was featured in my first book, Historic Haunts Florida.
The mirror at the Myrtles Plantation is known to be haunted by the young children and their mother who were poisoned many years ago. This story was featured in my 2nd book Historic Haunts of the South.
The Dibbuk Box is another thing that according to Jewish folklore is said to be haunted by an evil entity and that is something I do not mess with in any way, shape, or form.
One of the most famous haunted items is the doll known as Annabelle who is said to be haunted by a demon and was bought in a thrift store. She looks like a Raggedy Ann doll but is now in an enclosed case due to its evil antics.
There are just a few well known items that are haunted here in the United States but there are so many more. Most often times you cannot tell just by looking at them. If you are told that something is haunted by a negative spirit, it is best to just leave it along. They are not to be played with, especially if you don’t know what you are doing or how to deal with it.
