During the investigation, we experienced the smell of vanilla tobacco smoke in the garden area which was empty at the time. We also heard footsteps walking through and around the Banyan trees. Later the 2nd night, there were footsteps on the roof of our building, when we checked, there was no one there and no way anyone could have gotten up there.
If you want to hear more, make sure to get your copy of Historic Haunts of the South 3 when it is released in late summer or early fall.
